Kaizn Rise is a playbook of tools and strategies that you can use to train your mind and body so you can live your life on your terms.

We built this program through years of research, studying both the ancient wisdom practices and the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience.

 

We’ve worked with the leading minds in human behaviour, to extreme sports pioneers and award-winning physicians.

 

It is our belief, however, that the greatest teacher of all is self-reflection.

Kaizn Rise aims to teach you a series of practices, modalities, and thinking methodologies to help you train your body and free your mind from your own self-imposed constraints.

This Course pulls on both cutting science (biology — Epigenetics & neuroscience) and ancient wisdom practices (meditation, breathwork, focus training) in order to help people take control of their mind, through the quality of their thinking, the power of routine, and becoming fully aware of the mind-body connection.


The Course aims to help you develop true self-awareness so you can start to make daily improvements in the quality of your decision making, improve your bodily function, and, most importantly, how you experience your reality, one day at a time.

At the heart of this Course is a deep acknowledgement that we have so much more power to control how we feel, how we think, and how we perform if we develop the tools and practices to take control back of our minds when we are under duress, stress, or just feeling overwhelmed in our day to day lives.

The Rise system will help you perform better day in day out, over time, if you commit to it. It will also give you back what so many have lost in our modern world, time, energy, and focus.

WHY WE BUILT THE COURSE?

Jono and Alex have spent the last 15 years building and operating multiple businesses. The start of their journey to becoming life strategists was a deep acknowledgement that willpower and grit are not the most effective tools for consistent daily high performance. 

 

Having felt burnt out multiple times in their career, following major launches, they set out to discover what tools that transform their daily output, whilst protecting their physical and phycological health in the long run.

 

On this journey they discovered the following important facts:

 

  • The average CEO receives over 200 digital prompts a day, and on average reads the top line of an email within 3 seconds of receiving it, it then takes him 26 minutes to get back into the deep workspace.

 

  • This constant barrage of information and communication leads to people suffering from (self-imposed) time and mind poverty. A 2015 Gallup survey, 94.8% of working adults feel rushed for time, and 52% report significant stress as a result. This dramatically affects emotional intelligence, decision making, depth of vision, and reduces the opportunity to be engaged, creating the right environment for others to work in.

 

  • Executives complain that increasing the velocity of their business scares them as they are already suffering from time and mind poverty, but 90% of them admit their business will be severely disrupted in the next 5 years, and therefore need to transform or perish.

 

  • ​70% of all start-up founders say they experience depression or anxiety. 57% belief that starting their own business has negatively affected their mental well-being.

 

  • In the pursuit of speed, productivity, and a “happy connected” life we never really get free of our digital leashes, even in bed or on vacation. Today, however, we know permanently connected actually can reduce IQ between 5-15 points (5 low for women 15 high for men). To contextualise this impact, smoking cannabis reduces your IQ by 3 points!
